News - Friday - weather update

Good morning from Augusta. The weather here at the moment is perfect for golf. It's a little hot and muggy but there's no real wind to speak of and a predominantly cloudy sky offers refuge from the sun. According to my sources the forecast is to remain fairly constant through the day. But… change is on it's way.
There is talk of thunderstorms rolling into Augusta overnight and lasting through tomorrow morning. A serious dousing will change the character or the course as well as play havoc with the draw. Hopefully the storms will have passed by early afternoon so they should affect your TV watching schedule. If there are any further developments, I'll keep you informed.
