Stretching effectively - practice tee routine

Stretching
The most important part of your preparation is to warm up properly, ready for an athletic swing on the 1st tee. Work on the upper and lower body muscles so they can combine and produce a powerful, fluid motion. Having stretched your key muscles, make a few careful practice swings with two clubs. The extra weight will prime you for a controlled, rhythmic movement.
