Poll: Which is a better golfing spectacle?

Prevent lower back pain with personal trainer Josh Salzmann

WHY IT HAPPENS: Since a lot of the power of the golf swing is generated from a tightly-coiled upper body, four out of five golfers will suffer from pain in the lower back at some point.

HOW TO PREVENT IT:
Stability ball back extension.
Place your stomach on a stability ball (try the Pro Fitness Gym Ball, £3.99, from argos.co.uk), toes on the floor slightly more than shoulder width apart. Place your hands behind your buttocks. In a slow, controlled manner, raise your upper body until you create a slight arch in your back, then return to the starting position. Perform two sets of 10 repetitions.
