Ball position and weight at address

The ball should be teed up level with your left heel. As the club moves through impact the club head will turn.

If the ball is positioned too far back in the stance the clubface will still be open at impact. This will send the ball destructively to the right.

Your weight should be positioned slightly to your right side, (about 55%).

This will encourage a full weight transfer to the right side as you reach the top of your backswing.

Your weight should also be towards the balls of your feet. This is a more stable and poised position from which to make a solid swing.
