Oversized head with carbon crown with walls also partially constructed from carbon. Not only does the ITX2 have a crown made of graphite but the walls are partially constructed from it too. The idea is that the club will retain greater elasticity thereby preventing loss of energy through impact that could deny you a few yards. As with most composite drivers, weight has been shifted to the lower part of the club to help create an improved launch angle.
GM VERDICT
Aesthetically it's a little unusual but once you get used to the looks the ITX2 is an attractive club. The impact feels lively and the distances produced are impressive. It produces a high but powerful ball flight and its light feel makes the club easy to control.
